The Degritter works fully automatically and requires no additional
effort after the cleaning cycle begins. Use your free
time to listen to records instead of cleaning them.
EASY WATER MANAGEMENT
The machine has
a convenient removable water tank for replacing the
cleaning water.
PERFECT TOUCH BUTTONS
We have perfected the haptics and function
of the machine's buttons. The rotations and presses provide an
extremely satisfying feeling that you won't want to let go of.
ACTIVE FILTRATION
During washing,
cleaning water is pumped through a replaceable filter. Continuous
filtration prevents removed dirt from landing back on the record
SAFE TEMPERATURE CONTROL
Degritter monitors the
water temperature and prevents it from rising to levels harmful
to records. High temperatures are managed by automatic
cooling cycles.
SMART DRYING
The records are dried by
filtered airflow. Both drying time and fan speed can be
adjusted to keep noise levels under control and prevent static
electricity buildup.
RINSE AFTER WASH OPTION
Degritter supports
rinsing records during wash cycles using a separate
water tank.
The ultrasonic cleaning tank included in the Degritter was
specially developed for records. The tank has two ultrasonic transducers on both sides,
which emit ultrasonic vibrations at 120 kHz, thus
distributing the cleaning energy evenly over the surface of the record
.

Pulse mode cleaning
is a feature of the Power Drive
2.0 ultrasonic generator. In pulse mode, ultrasonic transducers quickly
turn on and off at high power. This leads to increased cavitation in the water, but
keeps the average power consumption low.
Frequency Sweep
The drive frequency of the Power Drive
ultrasonic generator is between 120 and 125 kHz. This balances the
distribution of cavitation energy in the water, minimizes losses
and achieves a uniform cleaning effect.
300 Watts
The average power of all
washing programs is 300 W. This makes Degritter the
most powerful ultrasonic record cleaner on the market per liter of water. The higher
