Operation and System Integration

The front panel combines a black glass front with direct LED backlighting, an illuminated logo, controls, aluminum handles, and a large blue watt meter. The meter illumination can be switched, and the watt meter can display the power value or hold it briefly. Via Power Control, the MC611 can be turned on and off together with other McIntosh components; in addition, an automatic shutdown is available if no input signal is detected.

Placement and Planning

The MC611 can be placed freely on furniture or a shelf designed for its weight, or integrated into furniture or a cabinet. Careful ventilation is important, especially for enclosed installations.
