About the Orea Series
OREA Series: Eliminates parasitic vibrations and provides greater
sonic clarity and focus. OREAs are ideal for electronic components such
as amplifiers, DACs, CD players, speakers, and turntables. These
machined stainless steel isolators have a low-profile design to minimize
any increase in the overall height.
Each OREA model is designed for a specific weight capacity. They each
have a colored ring on the lower isolator that denotes the model and weight
capacity. The OREA series is packaged as single units to allow greater
flexibility in determining the number of units to be used. We recommend a
minimum of 3 units under each audio component depending on the weight.
Greater Sonic Clarity
The top of the OREAs are designed to provide a suction cup-like effect
and adhere to the underside of the audio component, while the bottom part
adheres to the supporting surface. All the energy is managed within the
core of the OREAs, which are tuned to work in specific weight ranges. This
results in greater clarity and an open soundstage providing an authentic,
three-dimensional sound.
Works with or without feet
The existing feet on an audio component will couple well with the top
of the OREA isolators. Alternatively, you may experience an improvement
in performance by either removing the feet completely or by placing the
OREAs next to the existing feet so that they connect directly with the
chassis of the component.
