The exterior is a perfect combination of the extravagant Concentro series and the clean lines of the VELA series. The trapezoidal basic shape, the convex baffle, and the slightly inclined cabinet not only ensure an organic appearance but also optimize the propagation and dispersion of sound waves. The striking base construction with a "high-heel" effect gives the loudspeaker elegance and guarantees exceptionally secure footing.

Precise Adjustment through DCR Technology

Since no two rooms are alike, the Concentro S 509 features patented Directivity Control Ring (DCR) technology. With three included, interchangeable aluminum rings, the directivity in the mid-range can be individually adjusted – from direct reproduction for near-field listening to a diffuse sound image for more distant listening positions.

Innovative Drivers for Maximum Detail

The JET 5 tweeter ensures crystal-clear highs, impressing with its fast response and wide dynamics. In the mid- and low-frequency ranges, Crystal membranes are used. These are based on aluminum sandwich technology and minimize resonances and discoloration through their special surface structure, leading to particularly clean and distortion-free reproduction.

Powerful Foundation

The elaborate construction with side-firing woofers in a push-push/pull-pull configuration ensures maximum energy and precision down to the deepest octave. This is supported by a revised magnet system, which ensures effortless performance at any volume.
