ELAC Elegant 100 – An anniversary model with a special history

The ELAC Elegant 100 celebrates two milestones: 100 years of ELAC and 30 years of "Little Wonder". This strictly limited anniversary edition is based on the ELAC BS 312.2 and combines a compact speaker concept with exclusive teal high-gloss finish, silver-gray accents, and a painted wooden base.

Compact speaker with grown-up ambitions

The Elegant 100 is designed as a 2-way bass reflex compact speaker and is aimed at those who want to combine high-quality reproduction with living-room-friendly dimensions. The housing, made entirely of aluminum, makes the speaker not only technically high-quality but also an independent design object in the room.

JET 6 tweeter for fine resolution

The current JET 6 tweeter operates in the high-frequency range. Its newly developed foil layout with optimized mass distribution and variable conductor track thickness reduces resonances and distortions. This supports detailed, high-resolution reproduction, allowing voices, cymbals, and acoustic instruments to be particularly finely rendered.

Exclusive Petrol Blue color

The exclusive high-gloss finish in Petrol Blue gives the ELAC Elegant 100 a distinctive, high-quality character. The special color combines modern living aesthetics with the clear design language of the compact aluminum housing, making the speaker an extraordinary anniversary edition visually as well.

AS-XR woofer with crystal membrane

The 115 mm AS-XR woofer with crystal membrane is designed for a good balance of stiffness and damping. An additional copper cap on the pole piece reduces resonances and improves impulse response. This creates a precise, controlled character that suits the compact design.

Placement with some distance from the wall

The bass reflex port is located on the rear. Therefore, the Elegant 100 should not be placed directly against the wall, but rather given some space at the back. This allows the speaker to work more freely and better unleash its tuning.

Connectivity options for flexible setups

The Elegant 100 features a high-quality bi-wiring terminal and is suitable for single-wiring, bi-wiring, and bi-amping. Banana plugs and spade connectors are compatible. This allows the speaker to be flexibly integrated into high-quality HiFi systems.
