Based on the RP-DJ1200, which has sold more than half a million units since its market launch in 1996, the new Technics DJ headphones EAH-DJ1200 build on its proven virtues and meet the toughest demands placed on DJ headphones today. With its enhanced functionality and durability combined with modern design and excellent sound quality, it is optimally suited for the demanding everyday life of a DJ with high stress. This ensures precise music and beat monitoring even at very high ambient sound levels. Furthermore, the matte black design perfectly matches the Technics DJ turntable SL-1200MK7 and thus fits perfectly into the professional DJ world of Technics.

Clear, detailed sound even in loud environments

Thanks to the newly developed driver with a powerful yet very light 40 mm CCAW voice coil, a material mix of copper and aluminum, the EAH-DJ1200 impresses with natural, detailed and harmonious sound. Even at high input levels and the associated extreme volumes, the sound is always distortion-free. Regardless of the volume, the EAH-DJ1200 ensures noise-free and comfortable sound control.

270° Swivel Mechanism

As a very lightweight on-ear headphone, the EAH-DJ1200 is equipped with a 270-degree swivel mechanism for both earcups. These can be folded away independently and can be variably locked with a special mechanism. Thus, the EAH-DJ1200 can also be used for sound monitoring with only one ear. The headband and the sweat-resistant artificial leather earcup padding ensure a perfect fit. Furthermore, the DJ headphones can be compactly folded for transport.

High durability for the highest professional DJ demands

The easy-to-clean and maintain cable is detachable, and an accidental detachment is effectively prevented thanks to a special locking mechanism. The combination of an L-shaped plug with a stretchable 1.5-meter coiled cable also effectively prevents cable breakage, thus ensuring high durability and user-friendliness to withstand the highest demands of professional DJs. The scope of delivery includes a 1.5-meter coiled cable, a 1.2-meter straight cable, and a 6.3-mm jack adapter.
