DIRAC LIVE ROOM CORRECTION
The MDC2 BluOS-D module makes it possible for the first time to use Dirac Live Room Correction in a NAD stereo system. First, the room acoustics are analyzed using the supplied calibrated microphone and the intuitive Dirac app, and the resulting correction data is transferred to the MDC2 BluOS-D module. Dirac Live not only corrects peaks and dips in the frequency response, but also optimizes the impulse response by learning how sounds are reflected from different surfaces in the listening room. Up to five Dirac profiles for different listening positions and room conditions can be saved. The audible improvements are a significantly clearer bass reproduction as well as more accurate imaging and tonal fidelity in music and film soundtracks.
BLUOS MUSIC STREAMING
The MDC2 BluOS-D module supports high-resolution music streaming up to 24-bit/192 kHz via the BluOS platform. The app for operating the system is available for iOS, macOS, Android, and Windows, offering access to hundreds of internet radio stations and more than 20 streaming services. Up to 63 BluOS-enabled players can be controlled in the BluOS network, and integration into home automation systems from ELAN, Crestron, Control4, Lutron, RTI, and others is also possible.

Bidirectional Bluetooth aptX HD enables simultaneous sending and receiving of audio data in the highest quality, and a USB port allows the connection of a USB data storage device. And of course, local servers with your own music collection can also be integrated into the network.
