Resonance-Free Cabinet Design for Maximum Precision
The Concentro's cabinet is consistently designed for peak performance. Through the use of massive structures, thick MDF walls, and the deliberate avoidance of parallel surfaces, standing waves and unwanted vibrations are effectively suppressed. The acoustic decoupling through separate chambers for the different driver areas also ensures increased stability and clarity in the sound image.
VX-JET: Individual Adaptation to Room Acoustics
A central feature is the VX-JET coaxial driver, consisting of a midrange ring radiator and an integrated JET tweeter. Thanks to an adjustment mechanism on the rear, the entire sound plane can be continuously shifted forward or backward by 8 mm each. This allows the dispersion angle to be optimally adjusted to the specific room situation.
Crystal Membrane Technology for Distortion-Free Sound
The woofers and mid-range drivers utilize aluminum sandwich technology with a characteristic crystal embossing. This significantly increases the stiffness of the membranes, minimizes coloration, and allows for high dynamics and maximum volume. The innovative voice coil design and special surround enable extremely linear excursion without distortion.
JET 6 Tweeter for the Finest Details
For the high-frequency range, the JET 6 is used, which impresses with lightning-fast impulse response and enormous dynamic range. Compared to conventional domes, this system offers significantly lower distortion and transparent, effortless reproduction that makes even the finest details audible.
Controlled Power in the Bass Range
Four 250 mm aluminum sandwich woofers in a push-push/pull-pull arrangement ensure powerful and controlled bass down to the deepest subsonic range. The heavy construction is supported by a 30 kg massive aluminum base with free-form surfaces. Oval wooden side panels, optionally clad with carbon fiber or leather, complete the exclusive appearance.
