A 25 mm fabric dome ensures linear reproduction of high frequencies. This is supported by an innovative waveguide and a redesigned grille, which optimizes the dispersion characteristics and precisely reveals details.

Elaborate Cabinet Bracing for Resonance Reduction

To avoid sound coloration, the cabinet features innovative bracing. These firmly connect the top, bottom, and side walls. This effectively reduces vibrations, leading to a clean and unadulterated sound image.

Woofer with Aluminum Die-Cast Basket

The newly developed woofer utilizes a sturdy aluminum die-cast basket, which minimizes basket resonances and increases the rigidity of the front. The cone is made of optimized aramid fiber, which offers significantly higher damping and stiffness compared to paper or polypropylene.

Improved Bass Dynamics through Double Conical Port

A double-conical bass reflex port, rounded on both sides, ensures powerful bass reproduction. This design allows for higher bass output while minimizing disturbing noises caused by air turbulence.

Premium Finishes for Every Living Space

The cabinet is available in two high-quality variants: an oak decor with a white lacquered front or a walnut decor with a black lacquered front. This look underlines the exclusive character of the Reference line and fits space-savingly into any interior.

FAQ

How should the speakers be optimally positioned?
It is recommended to place the speakers approximately 30 to 60 cm away from walls or room corners. Placing them too close to walls can unnaturally boost bass reproduction. For the best stereo image, the listening position and the speakers should form an equilateral triangle.

Are the front grilles removable?
Yes, the front grilles are magnetically attached. They can be easily removed by gently pulling them off at the top and bottom edges. When reattaching them, they automatically hold in the correct position due to magnetic force.

Can the speakers be used for a surround system ?
Yes, they are suitable for both stereo and surround configurations. However, in a 5.1 setup, they should not be placed in front of the listening position.

What should be considered when cleaning?
For cleaning, only a soft, smooth cloth or a soft brush should be used. Chemical substances, alcohol, or abrasive cleaners must not be used, as they can damage the surfaces.
