2-Way Design for Clear Division of Labor

The 2-way design of the Wharfedale Denton 1S precisely divides reproduction between the tweeter and the mid-bass driver. The 25mm fabric tweeter handles the fine details in the upper frequency range, while the coaxial mid-bass driver reproduces voices, instruments, and the lower frequency range.

Bass Reflex Tuning with Living Space-Friendly Character

The Denton 1S uses a bass reflex system that gives the compact loudspeaker more foundation than its cabinet size would initially suggest. The bass is not artificially pushed into the foreground but integrates musically into the overall sound.
