The ELYSIAN 1 continues the proven concept of the award-winning ELYSIAN 4 and ELYSIAN 2 models: The specially developed AMT tweeter, a radically different way of moving air, with a large, folded, lightweight diaphragm containing rows of strategically placed metal strips on its surface, immersed in a strong magnetic field.
The folds in the diaphragm contract and expand under the influence of the musical drive, compressing the air between them to create the desired waveform. Equipped with an ultra-light diaphragm material called "PET" and an acoustically damped rear chamber, the ELYSIAN-AMT stands out from comparable tweeters with even more captivating clarity and smoothly extended high frequencies.
