Superior High-Frequency Reproduction through JET 6
At the heart of the loudspeaker is the renowned JET 6 tweeter. As an Air Motion Transformer (AMT), this driver offers lightning-fast impulse response and an extended frequency range up to over 50 kHz. This results in exceptional fine resolution and a transparent, effortless high-frequency reproduction with minimal distortion.
Acoustically Optimized Cabinet Design
The reduced, cuboid cabinet is made of solid MDF and features a slightly curved baffle. Strategically placed internal bracing increases structural integrity, minimizes vibrations, and prevents unwanted sound coloration. The timeless design with silk-matte surfaces stylistically complements any room aesthetic.
Powerful and Precise Bass Reproduction
The AS-XR woofers (Aluminum Sandwich - Extended Range) utilize a special construction that combines light weight with high stiffness. The combination of the torsional stiffness of aluminum and the high internal damping of the pulp membrane creates a clean, precise bass reproduction without resonances.
Flexibility through Down-firing Technology
In the Solano series, the bass reflex port is directed downwards. This design effectively reduces ventilation noise and allows for greater flexibility in positioning the loudspeakers in the room, as the distance to rear walls becomes less critical.
