Brief description

The NESSIE Vinylmaster Reference washes and dries records on both sides in one operation. The difference to other NESSIE record cleaning machines is that you do not need to turn the record over to clean the second side.

Four microfiber pads clean the record intensively and gently. The machine's interactive display guarantees easy operation. Proven long-lasting motors and powerful suction automation ensure the best possible washing result.

Two tanks are integrated into the machine: A reservoir for the cleaning fluid and a separate tank for the dirty water. This means that fresh cleaning solution is always used for washing. Both tanks are electronically monitored.

The machine has separate pumps for dosing the upper and lower sides. This allows for the necessary oversaturation on the downward-facing side of the record. This ensures proper washing, not just damp wiping.

Unlike simply constructed machines, the NESSIE Vinylmaster Reference has two separate functional units for washing and suction. This offers the user many advantages, but above all, a better washing result.

Easy washing

A record cleaning machine should generally be designed simply and solidly and offer the user maximum comfort and flexibility. Especially when many records are washed one after the other, it is easy to lose track.
The selectable programs in a NESSIE or HANNL can be chosen depending on the degree of dirt and provide the operator with information at all times about the washing time, the number of records washed, etc. This makes record washing not a stress, but a pleasure that can be done almost incidentally.
The user is by no means restricted and can extend the washing time or redose cleaning agents at any time. If the customer simply wants to decide everything themselves, they choose the "Manual" program.
The electronics and washing programs were developed by practitioners such as Günter Hannl and Dipl. Ing. Uwe Draabe based on decades of experience and are in use worldwide in countless machines.
