With the new Celebrity series, clearaudio honors the great artists of our time. The first edition of this series is dedicated to the legendary American jazz guitarist Al Di Meola, who has received multiple awards, including a US Grammy. This extraordinary edition combines masterful craftsmanship with a passion for music and vinyl.

The heart of this turntable is a body made of high-density wood fiber, designed in the shape of an electric guitar – a clear sign of the close collaboration with Al Di Meola himself. Inside, it houses the finest clearaudio technology, making the turntable a true high-end device.

The platter is driven by a precise flat belt, which passes through the innovative Tacho-Speed-Control (TSC). This technology monitors the speed in real-time and automatically adjusts it to changing influences such as belt tension or temperature fluctuations. In addition, an automatic calibration of the speed occurs with every restart – for consistently optimal performance.

To avoid vibrations and unwanted disturbances, the motor is decoupled using the Innovative Motor Suspension (IMS). This technology, which originates from the renowned clearaudio Reference Jubilee turntable, prevents vibrations from being transmitted to the chassis. This ensures that the sound remains clear and unadulterated at all times.

Special attention has been paid to the design: The volume control of the electric guitar has been transformed into a multifunctional knob. With a simple press of a button, the turntable is started, the speed is switched between 33 1/3 and 45 RPM, or the device is put into standby mode. In calibration mode, fine adjustment of the speed is done by rotating the knob.

The design of the Celebrity turntable is completed by a special version of the Profiler tonearm and a specially developed MM cartridge, also bearing the Celebrity name. This unique turntable is offered in black or wood-look (rosewood real wood veneer) finishes.

The package is limited to 1,000 units and comes with a numbered special release album by Al Di Meola and a pick – a true collector's item for music lovers and vinyl enthusiasts.
