HybridDigital^TM – Class D Amplifier

The D 3045 uses the innovative HybridDigital^TM technology. This is a self-oscillating Class D amplifier that operates with active negative feedback. It first converts the analog curved input signal into a square wave signal via pulse width modulation (PWM). The music information is now exclusively contained in the changing pulse width. Since the power transistors thus only require two switching states – on or off – Hybrid Digital^TM Class D amplifiers operate extremely efficiently and achieve a power output of more than 90% compared to Class A and B technology.

Music streaming via Chromecast and Bluetooth

The C 338 has an integrated Chromecast module, which allows you to wirelessly transfer audio data from your mobile phone, tablet or computer to your stereo system. The Spotify^® app also allows you to stream the millions of music titles available there directly to your C 338. And the Bluetooth^® receiver built into the amplifier alternatively receives your music files via short-range radio.
