ULTRA AL32 Processing

To reproduce the analog waveform, the DCD-3000NE uses Advanced
AL32 Processing. This type of signal processing uses special data interpolation
algorithms, upsampling, and bit extension to create a precise sound that
is on par with Hi-Res audio. The resulting sound is extremely detailed, free
from unwanted interference, expressive in the bass range, and fascinatingly
true to the original.

Denon Disc Drive Construction

The disc drive features a high-quality S.V.H. (Suppress
Vibration Hybrid) mechanism. The new short signal paths and circuits reduce
noise that can occur during reading and decoding, thus contributing to
optimal sound quality. The hybrid construction of the S.V.H. tray gives the
disc drive stability and enables maximum precision. The low center of gravity
of the drive mechanism helps suppress both internal and external vibrations.
By eliminating unwanted vibrations, servo corrections are minimized,
eliminating numerous control processes and reducing power consumption.
This allows digital signals to be read from the disc with optimal precision.

Support for Hi-Res Audio Formats

The device decodes high-resolution audio files in lossless formats such as ALAC, FLAC,
and WAV up to 24-bit/192 kHz, as well as DSD 2.8 MHz and 5.6 MHz (audiophile format
of SACD), so you can enjoy every sound completely unadulterated and with all details.

DAC Master Clock Design

For precise synchronization of digital circuits, the DAC Master Clock
treats the D/A converter as the master when clock signals are present. The high-quality
clock is installed immediately next to the D/A converter,
which suppresses jitter and ensures highly precise
digital-to-analog conversion. It serves as a reference for the device's function
and optimizes all digital audio circuits. The two integrated
clock oscillators – one for each sampling frequency (44.1 kHz and 48
kHz) – reduce phase noise.

Pure Direct Mode

Pure Direct Mode ensures clean, detailed, and precise sound.

State-of-the-Art Circuits with Shortened Signal Path

The circuit structures are designed for the shortest possible signal paths.
This minimizes unwanted interference between the circuits and the
left and right channels, as well as disturbances to the audio signal.
As a result, the DCD-3000NE delivers a clean, highly transparent,
and true-to-original sound.
