About GAIA III Loudspeaker Isolators
The GAIA III was developed with the vision of providing exceptional acoustic performance, and is the union of aesthetic visual design and acoustic engineering. The small, compact design delivers incredible acoustic isolation that will bring out a clarity and openness to your speaker you've never heard before.
The soundstage blossoms and opens up a three-dimensional image of natural, spatial sound.
Designed for floorstanding speakers and subwoofers weighing up to 32 kg, the GAIA III provides more openness and clarity. Structural borne noise is greatly reduced, while internal reflections from the hard supporting surface are attenuated, resulting in greater sound clarity and openness.
How to install GAIA III Isolators
Optimal results are achieved by installing the GAIA isolators with the logo facing the listening position, or rotated 180 degrees, to align the isolators with the speaker's motive forces. The GAIA III provides a high degree of isolation. Lateral movement and oscillations are balanced, and the alignment with the listening position is maintained. Lift the speakers and place them in position, as the bottom GAIA isolators will adhere to the supporting surface.
The GAIAs are screwed into the bottom of the speaker or subwoofer to replace
existing spikes or feet. Screwing the GAIAs into the bottom of the speaker creates
a strong connection with the speaker. When the top of the GAIA housing is connected
to the speaker and the bottom of the GAIA to the supporting surface, all energy is
channeled through the GAIA's internal isolator.
