LUXMAN's latest turntable, the PD-151, is a belt-drive analog player,
an advanced fusion of design and functionality. The
fundamental design structure of the proven PD-171A has been retained, while
the level of quality has been enormously increased. The universal tonearm is the same
as on the PD-171A, so the listener's preferred cartridge can be easily
exchanged to enjoy specific sonic qualities. The newly designed, high-precision and extremely reliable brushless
DC motor, which took two years to develop, offers a true
78 rpm playback speed. The three traditional
rotation speeds are independently adjustable and deliver
precise rotational speed with high torque. The PD-151 is a
compelling standard model that makes analog sound reproduction across the complete
spectrum an intense and relaxing experience.
