Eversolo Play as a Streaming Integrated Amplifier for Compact Hi-Fi Systems
The Eversolo Play is a streaming integrated amplifier that combines amplifier, DAC, and streaming in one device. It is aimed at anyone who wants to quickly set up a complete Hi-Fi system with passive loudspeakers for music, TV sound, and other sources. Especially in living rooms with limited space, it replaces several
individual devices.
Amplifier Power and DAC in Practical Use
The Class D amplifier delivers 2 x 60 watts into 8 ohms and 2 x 110 watts into 4 ohms, directly driving many loudspeakers. The built-in DAC converts digital music signals for further processing within the device.
Streaming Services, Music Library, and Local Content
Eversolo Play integrates music services like TIDAL, Qobuz, TuneIn Radio, Deezer, Amazon Music, HIGHRESAUDIO, Spotify Connect, and Apple Music into a common user interface. Roon Ready, TIDAL Connect, Qobuz Connect, DLNA, UPnP, and WebDAV facilitate playback from apps, from NAS (network-attached storage), or from the cloud. The library management with global search helps to find tracks faster from online sources and local collections.
Connections for Televisions, Turntables, and Subwoofers
HDMI ARC takes TV sound directly from the television, making the Eversolo Play interesting for movie sound as well. The phono input supports MM and MC cartridges, allowing a turntable to be integrated without a separate phono preamplifier. Optical and coaxial inputs accommodate digital players, the subwoofer output complements the low-frequency range, and additional speakers are connected via the loudspeaker output.
Room Correction and Multiroom for Multiple Rooms
Room correction uses the microphone of a smartphone or an external USB microphone, analyzes the room, and automatically adjusts frequency bands. This is particularly helpful when speakers are placed close to walls or when multiple listening positions need to be more evenly supplied. With the multiroom function, additional Eversolo players in other rooms can be controlled together via the app.
Operation via Display and App
The 5.5-inch LCD touchscreen shows music services, functions, apps, Connect, Cloud, and settings directly on the device. An app for Android, iOS, and iPadOS is also available, allowing tracks, volume, and rooms to be controlled remotely. A classic remote control is not included in the scope of delivery but is optionally available.
Housing and Cooling
The aluminum alloy housing has a compact design, and the cooling structure on the underside supports heat dissipation of the internal components.
