A small wall surface is enough to let the WS 1645.2 fully develop its acoustic potential. The WS line is designed for "on-wall" operation and is particularly suitable for TV and surround setups, while remaining a good option for music.
Slim cabinet, mature sound
Despite its shallow cabinet depth of 98 mm, the design allows for a deep, mature sound. The WS 1645.2 is tuned so that nothing is missing in the bass range.
Proven driver basis from a highly awarded line
The sonic relationship to the highly awarded Elegant BS 312 is clearly recognizable: a woofer with AS-XR technology and the high-resolution JET 6 tweeter are used.
JET 6 tweeter – fast, dynamic, low distortion
JET 6 stands for lightning-fast impulse response and a large dynamic range with minimal distortion and high headroom. At the same time, a significantly extended frequency range is offered compared to conventional dome tweeters.
AS-XR technology – stable crystal membrane with extended frequency range
The surface of the crystal membrane is designed for increased torsional stiffness thanks to the crystal structure of the aluminum cone, supplemented by an extended frequency range, gentle roll-off, and excellent large-signal behavior.
Optical integration: Silk-matt lacquer & magnetic fabric cover
Available in white or black (silk-matt lacquer). For integration into the wall design, a high-quality fabric cover frame is included, held magnetically; matching covers are white or black for white or black loudspeakers, respectively. Optional grey covers are available separately as accessories.

The ELAC WS 1645.2 is a slim on-wall loudspeaker with a 2-way bass-reflex design, featuring a JET-6 tweeter and AS-XR woofer for uncompromising playback across the entire frequency range, including deep bass, for TV, surround, and music applications.
