The McIntosh WS300 is a flexible in-wall loudspeaker for 2-channel hi-fi, distributed audio systems, and home theater installations. Its fully enclosed design allows for controlled integration into various installation scenarios, maintaining a discreet and aesthetically pleasing appearance.

3-Way Design with Enclosed Cabinet

The WS300 is designed as a 3-way in-wall loudspeaker with a fully enclosed rear chamber. This controlled air chamber serves to minimize distortion and irregularities in frequency response. The shallow woofer is designed for installation in standard 2x4 wall constructions.

Suitable for Stereo, Multiroom, and Home Theater

A pair of WS300s can be used for classic stereo listening or for distributed audio solutions, for example, in combination with McIntosh MI128 or MI254 distribution amplifiers. In home theater setups, the WS300 perfectly complements the tonally matched McIntosh WS500 in-wall loudspeakers and the CS200 ceiling speaker. This allows for a uniform design of installations with front, center, surround, and ceiling channels.

Passive Loudspeaker for Fixed Installation

The WS300 is connected via speaker cables and requires a suitable amplifier. Planning should be done according to the desired use, the number of loudspeakers, and the existing electronics. We are happy to assist with planning if needed.

Discreet Appearance with Paintable Grille

The magnetically attached metal grille cover is easily removable and paintable. This allows the loudspeaker to be integrated very subtly into the wall surface. The black chassis is combined with a white, paintable cover.
