Innovative 8-DAC Architecture

At its heart are eight Cirrus Logic CS43198 chips in a true dual-mono parallel design. Four DACs work in parallel per channel, with the channels operating completely independently in terms of power supply and signal path. This structure minimizes crosstalk and noise, leading to stable spatial imaging and impressive detail. Dedicated shielding also protects the converters from high-frequency interference.

Intelligent sound adjustment through AI support

With the world's first AI-supported EQ tuning, the X8 allows intuitive personalization of the sound image. Via simple text or voice commands via app or web interface, the AI precisely adjusts the sound profile or specific details. This is based on the Digital Audio Core with a powerful HiFi-5 DSP, which provides sufficient computing capacity for complex real-time algorithms.

Massive performance and smart operation

The amplifier section delivers enormous power reserves for every headphone type with over 4800 mW per channel. An integrated system automatically detects the impedance at all outputs (XLR, 4.4 mm, 6.35 mm) and selects the optimal gain level without affecting the signal path. A memory for user settings also remembers individual parameters such as volume and filters separately for each output.

The CNC housing, made of solid aluminum, features a 4-inch touch display tilted by 15°, enabling ergonomic and intuitive operation. With inputs such as USB-B/C, Optical, Coaxial, and a highly configurable IIS port, the X8 can be integrated into any digital setup.
