The Onkyo Muse Y-40 bundles network streaming and
amplification into a compact 2-channel system. Content can be played directly via
integrated platforms such as Spotify Connect, TIDAL Connect, Qobuz Connect,
AirPlay 2, and Chromecast, or fed in via connected playback devices.
Powerful 2-Channel Power Amplifier for Superior
Loudspeaker Operation
The fully digital circuit with Axign
Class-D amplifier and MOSFET output stage delivers high power reserves: up to
150 watts at 4 ohms or 75 watts at 8 ohms. This allows speakers of various sizes
to be driven with control; in addition, bass and treble controls are available
for adaptation to room and taste.
Intuitive Operation with Color Display and
App Control
The 5.46-inch color LCD displays information about
the current track and an analog-style VU meter. The Onkyo Controller App is
provided for convenient control and configuration; basic operating functions are
also covered by the remote control.
Connectivity for TV, Turntable,
Headphones, and More
For classic and modern setups, there are three
analog RCA input pairs, digital inputs (HDMI-ARC, coaxial, optical), and
USB-A for storage playback. A phono input (MM) integrates the turntable, the
6.3mm headphone output enables direct listening, and a preamplifier output
(RCA) supports external processing.

The housing is designed for
space-saving integration and combines an elegant LCD front concept with a
ventilated top cover in the traditional San-Kuzushi pattern. The electronics are
temperature-controlled, allowing for fanless operation. High-quality, audiophile
